Road closed

Road closed ahead

There are days when I am in a rush and the slowest person is in front of me raising my blood pressure. Just then as I pass them and try to speed up I find that somewhere on my journey the road is closed. This may lead to anger and frustration yet when I am calmer or more centered I discover that perhaps the delay was the universe protecting me from a potential accident up ahead.

Life will always bring you inconveniences, but do not fight them. They are there to help you as a stepping stone to reach the next level. Where one door closes another one opens for your benefit. You probably have experienced this in your life on many an occasion yet perhaps taken that inconvenience or unpleasant scenario as a failure, or dejection or an unhappy milestone. Look back at them all and see where those incidents have led you and diverted your course. How did they help?

Perhaps that person who walked out of your life that made you terribly upset and depressed. Yet their departure was needed to give you the courage and wisdom to understand yourself and make way for the right person to come into your life. Or perhaps that promotion that you were passed over was the one thing you had your heart set on. Yet by not taking that more stressful time intensive higher position you could save time to spend with your family and another better job opportunity was waiting to present itself.

You and I do not know why things happen, yet if the view point is that things happen and what can we learn from them, we are better of to discover the countless better opportunities that await us.

Your life is not a despot of failures or misadventures. Your life is the unfolding magic of experiences.
……………..
I love you
